EXCHANGE POLICY

In the event of any sizing or shipping/delivery errors caused by us on orders received, please contact our helpline within 24 working hours of receiving the order.

For customers within Girona, arrangements will be made for wigs to be picked up from the client and exchanged. For customers outside Girona, we will provide shipping details for the item to be sent back to us. We will receive, inspect, and send an exchange depending on certain factors. The additional delivery cost would be incurred by Teradi Luxury Hair. (Please note that we would pay the same amount charged on the website for delivery to your location).

An exchange will only be initiated if the wigs are in the exact condition they were sent out. (NO STYLING WHATSOEVER).

Note that if a client intends to return their package for ANY other reason, the shipping/delivery fee would be paid in FULL by the client.

Kindly check wig descriptions, post captions, and ask all necessary questions about a product before purchase, as we reserve the right to deny returns/exchanges based on the failure to do any of the following stated in this clause.

This policy applies to all clients, and such failure to read this policy as stated is not an exonerating factor.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. However, during peak seasons or sales periods, processing times and delivery will be longer. If an item is urgent, please Do Not purchase during sales, as we do not provide refunds for items bought during promotions and peak seasons.

Kindly reach out to arrange a pick up if an item is very urgent.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout by default. Once your order is weighed based on size, weight, and destination, a final calculation will be communicated to you.

SHIPPING DESTINATION
We currently ship from Spain to destinations worldwide. Please contact us to reconfirm your remote destination if you are unsure.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure and correct, while consider tracking your package closely.

DELIVERY/PICK UP POLICY.
It is important to note that we are an online store, as such, we do not have a physical location. So we deliver to your doorstep in any part of the world through logistics companies. In an event where you want otherwise (PICK UP), arrangement would be made for that based on our time and schedule.
